Nice quality materials but I found the bit around the ankle too low so I found that a bit uncomfortable, also I have wide feet and found they felt a bit tight

Got the first generation of Jameson back in 2011. They lasted almost 5 years of casual wearing: Wore them around 50% of the time – just walking (i.e. no jogging, running or skating).
I usually have an issue with shoes as my foot is quite wide (5″) – no problem here. Moulded nicely into shape and were very comfy.
Getting this new series feels very similar. Been wearing them for a few weeks and have nothing to complain about – yet!
Will come back in a couple of month to re-assess and give an update.

Great shoes. Used to replace some old Vans that had been kicking around for years.
Soft but firm tongue, with the lace layout they can be comfortable tightened well. Strong grippy sole has stood up to liquid spills on polished concrete already…as expected from a skate shoe though.
Slightly tighter fit than other manufacturers, but only very slightly: thinner socks must suffice.
Practical enough to use for skating, or walking around town, but smart enough to wear on an evening out.
Overall, five stars from me.

They feel extremely cheep initially leading me to believe that they were fake, but I found out that etnies have lowered their standards dramatically recently, they now paint the lines on the sides! The rubber is extremely had and the tread is some form of plastic compound, the shoe still hasn’t broken in and my feet have severely suffered from it. I have developed Plantar fasciitis I the past couple of months and I’m wondering if it was related to these shoes but can’t say for sure.
They feel like clunky blocks of rubber for your feet, not impressed.

These are nice but were a bit tight but after a couple of weeks with some shoe stretchers they fit ok , I brought a couple of pairs for some reason the blue pair were ok for size but the green ones needed the stretch anyway there a nice shoe .

I’m a big fan of Etnies – They’re stylish and each pair always lasts me years!
I always find that the laces are the first bit to go. The outer layer always falls apart after too much pulling which leaves a the inner, white thread looking like an eye sore. Still, the shoes literally last years you just need to invest in new, less trendy laces every now and then.

Very stylish and well made. However my size 7 feels more like a 6.5. I expect it will “give” a bit with wear but straight out of the box they feel narrow and my toes are a little cramped. I will update review in a month or so if they relax and feel more comfortable with wear. My first impression though is I should have ordered a 7.5

I bought a pair of Adidas falcons at size UK 11’s and they fit perfectly and are amazing to walk in.
I bought a pair of these shoes at size UK 11 and the shoe feels like a 12, too much space for my toes and when I walk the back of the shoes slump and scrape against your ankles.
If you’re a size 11 in well fit running shoes then I’d advise getting size 10’s as the shoe is comically larger than it states online.
