This is the second pair of Old Skool Vans I have purchased in this colour. The first pair were purchased from a well known high street retailer. I was a bit wary of ordering them from Amazon after reading reviews where people had questioned whether the shoes were genuine. However, I had nothing to worry about, the shoes arrived quickly and after close inspection and comparing to my old pair I was satisfied they were the real deal.
The shoes are hard wearing and comfortable from the first wear.

Don’t get me wrong these shoes look great.
Having tried the 11s which were huge and the 10s which were too tight I have some 10.5’s that just don’t fit as well as I would like.
For those of us that remember these as comfy skate shoes from back in the day be warned the sole is tough and has a weird feel. I walk around 7 miles a day and am mostly on my feet at work, these are not doing it for me.
I had a pair of these as a kid and they were the best shoes I had! Vans has definitely sacrificed quality over churning these out. However they do look good..

Bought for my daughter’s school shoes, size 7. They have a light coloured line down down the rim either side under the laces which she didn’t like so we had to colour in with a fabric market to hide it. The kids sizes don’t seem to have this. Unfortunately the rubber trim split after three weeks of wear so they were returned. No problem returning to Amazon. We have bought another pair to try.

I bought these Vans as they are an iconic classic shoe which are very versatile to wear with many different styles of outfits.
I opted for the all black colour way as i wanted to wear these for smart-casual occasions.
However, they have so many different styles and colours, which is great for matching outfits, or if you want your shoe to represent your personality, they can be a great statement.
Upon arrival, the shoe feels quite stiff and the first time you wear them they are slightly uncomfortable.
In my experience, it took about 5 days of wearing them to ‘fit in’ to my feet properly, but after that they were fine. Also they can be a little tight in the middle of the foot, which may reflect the unisex style.
Overall I would definitely recommend these vans. They are such an iconic shoe that are affordable and look great. Like myself, you will probably find yourself with another pair as soon as your current ones are worn out – which by the way is a long time. 👌🏻

Love these shoes! Very comfortable, but maybe need a few weeks to ‘break in’ as they rub a bit on the back of one of my heels. The soles are good and thick so your feet don’t get wet easily when walking about in the rain. I have an active job where I am outside quite a bit and the shoes have been great so far. Lots of compliments on them too!

I have been after a pair of Vans Old School for months and I finally treated myself. I am not disappointed, these are comfortable and look good. I have a wider than average foot and these fit great. I usually buy a size 6 in trainers for the width but went down just half a size for these, having tried them on in shops I knew a 6 were slightly big.

This footwear came in an authentic Vans box. They appear to be authenic and a very robust shoe. My grandson always wears Vans footwear, however his collection of footwear are all ski8 hi and these ones are low. I dont know if this is why hes got a blister on both heels but all his other Vans footwear have never caused him any discomfort like these.

These are genuine Vans, fantastic pair of trainers, came properly boxed and are just absolutely amazing…..arrived a day late but I was emailed by the company to explain the situation and was given a refund on my delivery charge….so excellent customer service to….10 out of 10 definately
